Winter recreation

Exciting winter activities include skating, curling and hockey at the local arena, ice fishing in the Sport Fishing Capital of Manitoba, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. In addition, the Lynn Lake Arena opens every November and closes in April. Within this arena, many activities take place, including hockey, figure skating, power skating, Canskate, curling, and a free skate during the week.
