Cleaning Contract

Tenders will be accepted for the cleaning of the Town office for a one-year term.
The cleaning is to be done twice weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays) and includes the entire upper level, entrance area, stairs to the basement and basement bathrooms. This includes vacuuming rugs; washing floors; dusting counters and filing cabinets; washing windows; and annual carpet cleaning and wall washing. The fee paid for this contract service is set at $300/month.
